In the Moscow region, a participant in the single picket Alexander Kostyukhin was detained near the Podolsk city court. This was reported in his telegram channel by Nikita Zaitsev, spokeswoman for the "Association of Popular Resistance".

A few hours before the detention of the picket, the traffic police stopped the bus, in which the support group of Alexander Shestun, the former head of the Serpukhov district of the Moscow Region, accused under several criminal articles. The police staged an inspection of all passengers, checked passports, searched for posters and banners, said the wife of Shestun Julia.

He is accused at once under several criminal articles: fraud committed on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code); the legalization of funds received as a result of the crime (paragraph “b” of part 4 of article 174.1 of the Criminal Code); illegal entrepreneurial activity (Article 289 of the Criminal Code); Obtaining a bribe on an especially large amount (part 6 of article 290 of the Criminal Code).
Alexander Shestun was detained in June 2018 on charges of abuse of authority - allegedly he illegally transferred the property to the legal entity at a preferential value. Before the arrest, he announced threats by criminal proceedings due to the coordination of a rally against garbage dumps. The ex-head of the Serpukhov district said that he was threatened by the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov. Then the prosecution was re -qualified for "fraud". Later other articles appeared.
The Prosecutor General’s Office said that Shestun has 10 million rubles, which does not correspond to his income. In February 2019, he was charged with a bribe of 9 million rubles.
