Yakutia: The Ministry of Justice unscheduled the human rights organization

The Office of the Ministry of Justice for Yakutia began an unscheduled audit of the public organization "Yakutia - our opinion", which is engaged in human rights and anti -corruption activities. This was announced by "OTD-Info" by the head of the organization Stepan Petrov.

According to him, the audit was initiated by the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. As the Ministry of Justice said at the disposal of the Ministry of Justice, an unscheduled audit of documents of the organization should be held from December 1 to 21. Petrov fears that this may be followed by the liquidation of "Yakutia-Nes, an opinion."

The founder connects an audit of investigations about corruption facts among senior officials of Yakutia. In particular, on November 29, Petrov published the material “concession corruption: the path to bankruptcy and the liquidation of the regions”, in which he argues that he revealed a “corruption mechanism that allows you to plunder tens of billions of rubles from the state budget of the republic”.

The public organization "Yakutia - our opinion" has existed for more than 10 years, since 2012 it has been a UN consultant. According to Petrov, he is trying to preserve political neutrality, sometimes criticizes the actions of the authorities, offering legal ways to solve problems.
