In Sakhalin, the prosecutor's office found that two workers who criticized the repair of the city road in social networks were dismissed illegally. And their claims to the quality of the repair were justified. This was reported by the press service of the department.

Criticism concerned the laying of asphalt on sick leave in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk. In the video published on Instagram, in the @incident65 group, one of the workers said that the technology is not respected during the repair, in particular, there is no bitumen spill. Later, the mayor's office, which was the customer of the work, said that the facts of violation of the technology were recorded, reported by ASTV.ru.

The prosecutor's office established that the employer fired two employees illegally and violated their right to timely receive a salary. In addition, their employment contracts were drawn up with violations.

Experts also investigated the road surface on the hospital Street and found that the quality of the asphalt does not comply with the norms, and the municipal contract was not executed on time. In relation to the contracting organization, an administrative case was instructed, the prosecutor's office took control of the restoration of labor rights of workers.
