The house of the merchant Eliseev (cottage Kirkhner) and the cottage King in Zelenogorsk plan to convert to the hotel and leisure complex. This is reported by the investment committee.
The project is initiated by LLC "New Spatial Decisions". For 49 years, a potential investor intends to reconstruct seven buildings in Zelenogorsk, including the house of the merchant Eliseev and the cottage King, which relate to objects of cultural heritage and are now in unsatisfactory condition.
It is assumed that these objects will become a public space with a hotel complex, playgrounds, sports and tourist facilities. The investor will invest from 500 million to 1 billion rubles in the project. The resulting object will remain in the ownership of the city.

Locals and the Citywalls portal write that the house of the merchant Eliseeva KGIOP mistakenly calls the cottage of Kirchner . The building was built in the late XIX - early twentieth century, the exact date is unknown. Initially, the poet and journalist Mikko Wotinen owned the site, in 1903, part of the territory left the King family, led by lawyer Robert Andreas King, the other part to the German entrepreneur Otto Kirkhner. Now the building is abandoned. The cottage of King belongs to the same territory and is also not used.
How the summer residents of Komarov and Repin lived before the revolution, how in the Soviet years the wooden houses were demolished for the sanapers, and in the 90s-for the sake of cottages and where to find old dachas with stoves and turrets now: Paper spoke with Elena Travina, a researcher at the dachas of the northern coast of the Gulf of Finland.
“Paper” also included Zelenogorsk in the list of areas where it is worth going on a “swallow” from St. Petersburg.
