In Tyumen, the court fined participants in the march on the anniversary of the October Revolution

On December 22, the Leninsky District Court of Tyumen fined two participants in the rally on November 7 for 10,000: the communists Alexander Cherepanov and Sergei Tselykh. It is reported by Znak.com.

Cherepanov was found guilty under the article on violation of the established procedure by the organizer of the action (part 1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), Whole - under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

According to Cherepanov, the organizers tried to coordinate the procession on November 7 in connection with the anniversary of the October Revolution, but were refused by the city authorities.

• Three members of the RCRP, including Alexander Cherepanov, were detained in Tyumen on November 7 during a demonstration dedicated to the anniversary of the October Revolution. At that time, a protocol was drawn up against Cherepanov under the article on violation of the rules for participation in the action (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).
• In December, it became known that a criminal case was opened against Cherepanov under the article on violence against a representative of the authorities (Article 318 of the Criminal Code). According to the investigation, Cherepanov, during the arrest, kicked police lieutenant colonel Vyacheslav Volkovitsky in the face. The investigator chose Cherepanova a measure of restraint in the form of a written undertaking not to leave the place.
