The Tver Regional Court overturned the decision of the court of first instance on the fine and dismissed the administrative case against Ilya Grinev, who went out in a solo picket in support of the Golos coordinator, who was detained in Belarus. This is reported by the "Apology of Protest" with reference to the lawyer Alexander Peredruk.
Grinev was detained on August 15, when he wanted to stand up with a single picket with a poster: “Return your son to your Motherland, brother to your sister, friend to your friends!” in support of Artyom Vazhenkov, coordinator of Golos and Open Russia, who was detained in Belarus.
The court found Grinev guilty under the article on violation of the “high alert” regime (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) and fined him 5,000 rubles. The Tver Regional Court reversed the decision of the district court and finally dismissed the case.
