On December 25, the FSB spoke about the detention of a 17-year-old college student who planned an attack in one of the Tambov buildings. According to employees, the young man (a supporter of “destructive subcultures”) rented an apartment where he allegedly kept explosives and components for making a bomb, and he collected an explosive device according to the instructions from the Internet.
As a result, the young man became a defendant in the case of preparation for a terrorist attack (part 1 of article 30, part 1 of article 205 of the Criminal Code). He was arrested.
Today's case is far from the only one for this year, when the special services announced the detention of schoolchildren or students in cases of preparation for attacks. "New" recalls the detention of adolescents for this year in similar cases in different Russian regions.
In January, a message appeared on the website of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that the security forces detained a 15-year-old teenager. According to investigators, he had extremist views. Allegedly, the young man found like -minded people among classmates and discussed with them “sculpting” at his school.
“The banal problems caused by the conflict in the team or receiving an undeserved, in their opinion, were considered by friends through the prism of the purchase of shotgun and bloody revenge to the offenders.
The teenagers even began to hone combat skills in advance, shooting in garages from a pneumatic pistol, ”the police said. The security forces seized computers and phones of schoolchildren during searches, in which there was a correspondence about the planned attack.
The security forces reported that they had preventive conversations with children and their parents. Families took special control.
In February, the FSB said that she detained two teenagers 16 and 17 in the Crimea, who, according to employees, prepared two terrorist attacks in Kerch educational institutions. The FSB argues that two detainees are followers of Vladislav Roslyakov, who fired at the Polytechnic College in Kerch in 2018. Then 21 people died, including the shooter itself, about 70 more were injured.
During searches at adolescents residence, the security forces found bombs with damaging elements and components purchased on the Internet for the manufacture of explosives. The “trial” explosive devices have been tested by adolescents on pets, the FSB noted.
Baza published a video of interrogation of one of the detainees.
“Kotov was killed. They set fire to one with a solvent, threw the other on the wall, they gave the third on the head, ”he said in the video.
Teenagers from Crimea were accused of preparing for terrorist attacks by a group of persons by prior conspiracy (part 1 of article 30, paragraph “a” of part 2 of article 205 of the Criminal Code). The SK conducted an investigation in three regions of Russia, where people who communicated with adolescents live and whom they wanted to involve attacks. Two days after the detention, adolescents were arrested.
After some time, the FSB reported on the detention of two Saratov teenagers for 14 and 15 years. According to the security forces, they prepared an attack on school. In one of the abandoned bomb shelters, schoolchildren allegedly stored a cutting gun of hunting rifles and, according to the plan, wanted to launch incendiary mixtures, the recipes of which were found on the Internet. First, a video appeared with their grateful testimony, but later the boys refused to testify and stated that they did not plan any attack on the school, and they were brought to the bomb shelter by a certain girl whom they met on the Internet.

According to the deputy head of the regional PMC Nikolai Skvortsov, adolescents were interrogated all night, and the video with confessions appeared as a result of this interrogation. Moreover, part 3 of Article 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation reads: "The production of investigative action at night is not allowed ..."
The regional children's ombudsman Tatyana Zagorodnaya noted that adolescents themselves cannot explain how they admitted something under the recording.
In March, both schoolchildren were released from a pre -trial detention center. At the end of October, the court released one of them from house arrest, the second measure of restraint in the form of a ban was not extended.
On this, a series of detentions did not end. In March, the FSB officers detained two students of the Sakhalin College, who allegedly promoted terrorism and mass killings on the Internet. They were accused of public calls for terrorism (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code).
The list of seized in adolescents during the search was typical of such cases: a cut of a hunting rifle, homemade explosive devices, personal diaries. One of the main elements is a certain document “Freedom. The manifesto of justice ”, which 17-year-old guys, according to investigators, laid out on social networks, in addition, writing it to the CD. Why store on a medium that is now relatively rarely used, a document that, according to investigators, in addition, also spread on the Internet?

Andrei Pudovkin, the father of one of the defendants - Maxim Pudovkin, said that the son did not see the same “manifesto” either before or after the detention. “New” spoke in detail about the case in Sakhalin, a common document could not be found on the pages of the defendants in the case on social networks.

The next wave of detention of schoolchildren began on the eve of the school year in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The most public was the case of 14-year-old Alena P.-she was taken to the regional PND (neuropsychiatric dispensary) on August 24. Local media, citing the story of the elder sister of Alena Daria, called, as the reason, the subscription of the schoolgirl almost six months ago on the public of the VKontakte website about the execution in the American school of Columbine. From this group, according to relatives at the time of placement in the PND, the girl came out a long time ago and forgot about her.

Alena spent two weeks in the medical institution, in the end she was released. She is far from the only one who was sent to the “psychiatric hospital” before September 1. The sources of the "New" in Medkrugs reported that there were about nine of such teenagers. Indirectly, this information was confirmed by the lawyer of Agora Vladimir Vasin.
In early December, “New” analyzed the statistics on the detentions of adolescents in cases of preparation of terrorist attacks. The outgoing year is not the first, when the FSB began to massively report on such cases. This began in 2018 - earlier only single stories fell into the media. Since 2013, the security forces have reported at least 69 attacks planned by adolescents that managed to stop, most of them (63) over the past two years. The Krasnoyarsk Territory became a record holder for failed attacks by adolescents - during this period, the security forces reported three prevented attacks.
