Rospotrebnadzor suspended the activities of the New Sincerity club in Moscow until the trial. This is reported by one of the owners of the institution Mikhail Svetov.
The department saw a violation of the mask regime on the territory of the club and imputed to the site “violation of the law in the field of ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population” (Article 6.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The work of the institution was stopped before the trial, sealing the warehouses and latrines.
Svetov considers this political pressure. According to him, the club has all the necessary personal protective equipment: visitors are given masks and gloves at the entrance, sanitizers are placed in the institution itself.
On December 23, the security forces came to New Sincerity, when the New Year's corporate party of Open Russia was taking place there, they detained one person and demanded that visitors leave the event before 23:00. According to Svetov, the FSB and the Criminal Investigation Department were then in charge of the inspection.
