PSK: Sobol was transferred to the status of a suspect after five interrogations in a row

Love Sobol was translated into the status of a suspect in the case of violation of the inviolability of the dwelling committed using violence (part 2 of Article 139 of the Criminal Code) after five interrogations in a row. On the morning of December 25, the FBK employee was searched at home, after which she was taken away for interrogation in the UK. During the search, the security forces seized all the equipment of Sobol, her husband and daughter.

According to investigators, Sobol tried to get into the apartment of the mother -in -law of the alleged poisoner of Navalny Konstantin Kudryavtsev in the form of an employee of Rospotrebnadzor.

“According to the investigation, on December 21, 2020, a group of people, including L. Sobol, repeatedly tried to penetrate the apartment of an elderly woman located in the house in the eastern district of the capital. To achieve their goal, they illegally used the form of employees of Rospotrebnadzor, ”the SK said in a statement.

SK also reports that Sobol, after two failed attempts, “misled the courier of the delivery service, introducing myself as a“ abandoned wife with a small child ”, penetrated into the entrance, then got into the apartment.

Sobol, as well as Navalny Live employees, Olga Klyu Klyubnikov and Akim Kerimov and activist of Navalny’s headquarters Konstantin Raspov, were detained on December 21 near the Kudryavtsev house, who could participate in the poisoning of Alexei Navalny.

The Perovsky court found the detainees guilty of disobedience to the police officer (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The court fined Sobol and Raspov for a thousand rubles. Klyuchnikov and Kerimov were arrested for seven days.

Earlier, Kudryavtsev in a conversation with Alexei Navalny admitted to the attempt on him. An FSB officer said that the actions of Pilots and Atropins saved the life of Navalny.
