“Yesterday, a police officer approached us with the rank of captain or senior lieutenant and said that from tomorrow we are forbidden to be at the embassy with Belarusian attributes and scream slogans,” he said.

According to Grontov, the policeman explained the future ban on 54 federal law prohibiting citizens of foreign states to arrange rallies in Russia. According to the policeman, not only large flags, but also small ribbons with badges will fall under the ban.
