"Remember the crooks and thieves their manifesto." Muscovite was fined for a video with the promises of "EP"

The Lublin District Court fined Muscovite K. Smirnov for the publication on VKontakte videos of the promises of United Russia "Let us remind the crooks and thieves their manifesto - 2002." The corresponding resolution "MBH Media" found in the Court Court of the court.

Smirnova published the video in November 2013, four months after making a video in the list of extremist materials. Seven years later, she removed him. At the trial, the woman did not agree with the offense sane and explained that she was not aware of the recognition of the video extremist.

The court found the woman guilty, but considered the mitigating circumstance to her young child.
