“Moreover, this confrontation took place at ten in the evening. She and her lawyer objected to the confrontation at such a late time, but they were refused,” Litvinovich said.

Yesterday, police officers came to Sobol's apartment with a search. They seized all the equipment of the lawyer and members of her family, and she herself was taken for interrogation to the Moscow department of the Investigative Committee, after which they detained her for 48 hours.

A few days earlier, Sobol had been detained near the home of alleged FSB officer Konstantin Kudryavtsev after Navalny reported a conversation with him. Sobol was later fined 1,000 rubles for "disobedience to a police officer."
