"The 75 -year -old man from the north of the country suffering from heart and oncological diseases, which had several heart attacks in the past, was vaccinated this morning against coronavirus and died at home shortly after vaccination," the Novaya Novosti said.

The department has created a special commission to investigate the accident, headed by the head of the security department and quality of the Ministry of Health. "The primary audit did not reveal the connection between the accident and the vaccine, the vaccination campaign continues," the Ministry of Health says.

According to the usual schedule, kindergartens and schools of special education systems will continue to work. In those settlements where the situation with the spread of coronavirus does not look critical, study in schools will continue.

No more than 20 people can gather in the open air, and no more than 10 people can be gathered in the room. The action of the Tourism Island project is suspended, within which the resorts of Eilat and the Dead Sea worked.

Individual sports are allowed outdoors without limiting the distance, if vehicles are not used.

On Christmas (from 17:00 on December 24 to 20:00 on December 25; from 17:00 on January 6 to 20:00 January 7), festive masses are allowed: up to 100 people can gather in open space.
