In Omsk, the court fined a picketer who demanded the resignation of the regional health minister

In Omsk, the court fined Dmitry Grunin, a participant in the picket against the Minister of Health of the Omsk Region, Alexander Murakhovsky, 10 thousand rubles. Thiswas reported by MBKh Media.

The interests of the picketer were represented by Apology of Protest lawyer Anastasia Vasilyeva. The website of the Central District Court of Omsk contains information about two administrative cases against Grunin. He was fined 10 thousand rubles under the article on violating the rules of participation in the rally (Part 5 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but there is no information about the punishment under the article on violating the isolation regime (Part 1 of Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Lawyer Vasilyeva spoke about the pressure on the picketer during the hearings: “(The judge) tried to persuade him (Grunin) to believe that there is some kind of political force that purposefully organizes people so that they go to public events.”

Dmitry Grunin and at least 5 other picketers were detained on November 8 in Omsk during a protest against Murakhovsky.

On August 24, representatives of the clinic announced that they had discovered a toxic substance in his body. Navalny was brought out of his coma only on September 7.
