But in fact, the lawyer assures, in the video, Father Sergius asks if the nuns are ready to die with his blessing, "for their homeland, for the future of our children."

“And they answer, yes, they are ready. And today the willingness to die for the homeland, sacrifice is exposed as a corpus delicti. It looks completely wild against the background of the fact that there are videos on the Internet where the children sing the song: “If the main commander will send us to the mortal battle, Uncle Vova, we are with you!” To die today for Putin is official propaganda, and to die for our homeland is an inclination to suicide, ”Mironov is indignant.

He clarified that with Sergius before he was brought to court, he had not seen the case materials yet. But he immediately clarified: the priest did not plead guilty. “The whole case is fabricated in order to put him in jail,” Mironov said, discussing the possible outcome of the court hearing to choose a preventive measure.
