The Chelyabinsk court fined 500 rubles a picket, which went to the FSB building with panties

The Central District Court of Chelyabinsk fined a local resident Raisa Morozov for 500 rubles for a picket in support of the politician Alexei Navalny. This was reported by the human rights organization "Apology of protest".

Morozova went to a single picket to the building of the local control of the FSB with a husband’s panties attached to the stick. It drew up a protocol on petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

During the meeting, the lawyer of the human rights organization Andrei Lepikhin notes, the judge asked if Morozova knew "the rules of conduct in society, what can be demonstrated and what is impossible."
