The court in Chelyabinsk fined the participant of the action in support of Alexei Navalny

The Central District Court of Chelyabinsk was fined under the article on petty hooliganism (part 1 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) for 500 rubles to Raisa Morozov due to participation in the picket in support of the opposition Alexei Navalny. This was reported in his telegram channel "Apology of Protest".

Morozova on December 24 held a single picket near the Chelyabinsk FSB. Instead of a poster, she used panties on a stick. Thus, she supported the politician of Alexei Navalny: hereleased a video in which the alleged FSB officer says that the security forces applied poison on the inside of the opposition’s underpants.

The police considered the actions of Morozova with petty hooliganism and drew up a protocol on it, but the court did not accept the case on December 25 and returned the materials to the police to correct errors.

Later, the court accepted the corrected materials, and on December 29 the meeting was still held. According to the “Apology of Protest”, the judge asked if Morozov knew the rules of conduct in society and “what can be demonstrated and what is impossible”. As a result, the court agreed with the police and found the participant of the action guilty under an article on petty hooliganism.

This is not the first action during which the panties were used instead of a poster. On December 23, in Moscow, near the Kuznetskiy Most metro station, activist Artyom Gordukhin was detained , who held the action in support of Alexei Navalny, holding his panties in his hands. It made a protocol under an article on a violation of the “increased readiness mode” (Article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The underpants with which he held the action was seized.

The day before, the director of the FSB in Moscow was detained directed by Vitaly Mansky, who also stood in his hands. He was released from the police for an obligation to draw up to draw up a protocol. The cowards of Mansky were seized as evidence in the case.

• On December 14, 2020, an investigation of a group of journalists from Bellingcat , The Insider and CNN with the participation of Der Spiegel and the Navalny Fund for Combating Corruption was published. Two days later, representatives of the clinic said that they found signs of a fighting poisonous substance from the Novice group in his body. In October, the organization to prohibit chemical weapons (OPCU) confirmed the presence of traces of poison from the Novice group in Navalny analyzes. The politician spent about two weeks in a coma.
