The 4th year student of the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology, Artem Shestakov, chose the topic of reducing calorie fats to participate in the competition. “However, before our trip, all this was only the theory, and I did not see how laboratories and equipment, only technological schemes and description look live. Now it has become clear how everything works in practice! ” - commented Artem.
Nikita Lopekin remained under the impression of how quickly they can launch new projects in EFCO. For example, here no one is surprising that the new plant was built and put into operation in a year or two. “To be honest, I could not believe that such an innovative center, in principle, is possible in Russia,” says Nikita. - And the point is not only how laboratories are equipped. The organization of space itself, conditions for work and life. Just think that a modern ski complex and beach will be equipped directly in the innovation center for employees. ”

Before going to the Belgorod region, the trip participants left a small installation opposite the university. As a sign that with their research works they have already left a mark on history and will return from the trip with new thoughts and outlooks on life.
“Throughout the trip, I experienced one feeling - this is a surprise from what is happening here, how everything works,” says Andrei Skvortsov, a 3rd year student of the Faculty of Business. Andrei's charges and the emotionality of his story about the journey were divided by his subscribers on social networks. Having won the competition for the most interesting online story about the trip, he became the owner of an action camera.
Traveling to the Biryuch Innovation Center is one of the events of the strategic program for the development of EFCO cooperation with industry universities in Siberia. “We find many qualities in our company not so much in large cities as in the regions,” commented on EFCO HR Natalya Yashkoldina. “This idea laid the foundation for our special project to search for personnel in Siberia. And our special hopes are certainly connected with graduates of Novosibirsk universities.”
