The court declared illegal the dismissal of a teacher who organized the collection of signatures for the preservation of the school

On December 28, the Ust-Kulomsky District Court ruled that the dismissal of teacher Yulia Pashnina was illegal. The teacher connects the dismissal with the collection of signatures against the closure of the school in the village of Skorodum. This is reported by "7 × 7".

According to Horizontal Russia, Pashnina was fired on October 28, citing "repeated failure to perform her duties without good reason" after complaints from a colleague and students' parents.

The teacher said that the dismissal is a reaction to the collection of signatures organized by her against the closure of the village school. According to Pashnina, the director of the school where she worked said that "he was told to fire her."

Pashnina filed a complaint about the dismissal with the prosecutor's office. Based on the results of the audit, the agency concluded that the school management did not provide documents confirming that the teacher was given the opportunity to give explanations within the framework of two disciplinary sanctions.

As a result, the court ordered Pashnina to be reinstated at work, since it ruled that the school management violated the Labor Code and did not have the right to use the dismissal as a sanction.
