“Norilsk became an unconditional leader in the number of hours spent by reading. And the first place in the number of reading users was taken by Moscow, ”the service website says.
Norilsk was recognized as the most reading city in Russia last year. According to MTS Library, its inhabitants download an average of eight electronic books per month.
The most downloaded book in the first half of 2019 in Norilsk was the bestseller Joe Dispenza about self -development - "The power of the subconscious, or how to change life in four weeks."
