An orphan from Dagestan first became a victim of a pedophile, and now the security forces hold it

On October 13, a counter -terrorist operation occurred in the Oktyabrsky district of Grozny, during which a group of four residents of Chechnya was destroyed. According to official figures, these were the search for militants who returned from Syria. During the assault on a private house, according to the head of Chechnya Kadyrov, two employees of the Russian Guard were killed, one was injured.

Kadyrov also clarified that the special services received operational information about the return of these militants long before the operation and the work on their search was conducted together with the Federal Security Service of Chechnya.

However, the sources of Novaya Gazeta in the FSB for the Czech Republic did not confirm this information. According to them, the Federal Security Service for the Czech Republic of the Czech Republic is not led to establish the location of the four residents of Chechnya.

In fact, according to our sources, on October 13, three employees of the Rosgvardi transport riot police in Chechnya (two full -time and one trainee) came on a tip of local residents in households belonging to a resident of Chechnya Islam, in the search for drug addicts. The "drug addicts" unexpectedly turned out to be armed bandits and opened fire on employees. Two died on the spot, the trainee managed to get out alive and raise the alarm.

(one of them, according to official figures, blew himself up), and all civilians living in the house were detained, including the wife of a homeowner at the 5th month of pregnancy, Binaziru Hamidov. The police did not detain only an 8-year-old child who was in the house during the assault.

Indirectly, the information of our sources was confirmed by Kadyrov himself. He said that the militants managed to establish the location of the local residents, and also stated that during the counter -terrorist operation, only riot police officers in transport were killed. Although, it would seem, participation in the operation to neutralize the militants in a private house is not included in the duties of employees of the _Mon. This should be done by completely different, prepared and intended anti -terrorism special forces for this.

As it managed to find out from lawyers engaged in cases under the 228th article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (drug trafficking, the most “folk” article in Chechnya), one of the dead employees of the Russian Guard, Ahmed Israilov, really regularly “glowed” in criminal cases related to drug storage. And this is also strange, since the operational work of the CRC of the Czech Republic of Operational Work to suppress the illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs is also not included in the duties of the OMON fighter.

By and large, only thanks to the vigilance of local residents, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Czech Republic learned about the four militants who returned from Syria and the owner of the household of Islam Isakhanov, about the existence of which, as well as about his very curious activity, the Chechen opera until October 2020 did not suspect.

Islam Isakhanov was detained on the night of October 13-4. At the time of the assault on his house in the Oktyabrsky district, he was in another area of ​​Grozny, in the apartment, which was rented for his second wife-a 14-year-old resident of Dagestan Zhasmina Seiidova.

According to the relatives of the first wife, Isakhanov began to cohabit with a minor girl since the summer of this year. After the wedding, he gave her “name for Islam” - Aisha. Isakhanov himself was widely known under his Islamic name - Muhammad.

The age of the second wife and obvious references to the story with the prophet Muhammad and his wife Aisha, whose age is still argued (according to the most famous legend, she was 6 years old when she married the prophet, and 9 years at the time of the actual beginning of marriage), much talk about Islam Isakhanov himself.

But the main thing is not even that. If the Chechen police were engaged in the case, and not the window dressing, Islam Isakhanov would be prosecuted at least under the 134th article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation long before he settled in his house in which his first, pregnant wife lived, four armed people.

Islam Isakhanov and his brother -in -law (brother of the first wife) Anzor Hamidov are widely known in the Caucasus as “doctors” who “treat along the Sunnah”. Their company “ASh Shyfus” (“Chief” in translated from Arabic means healing, restoration from diseases sent by Allah) was engaged in the spread of dietary supplements allegedly for the treatment of a wide variety of diseases in all regions of the Caucasus. The company's services were especially popular in Dagestan. In this region, against the backdrop of the full collapse of the healthcare sphere, medieval healery is rapidly gaining momentum.

The victims of “Treatment in the Sunnah” are primarily women who are forbidden to contact the faithful husbands.

However, state medicine in the Caucasus itself can scare away both believers and unbelievers.

In addition to Islam Isakhanov, on the night of October 13, his brother, the first, pregnant wife of Binazir Hamidov, her brother Anzor Hamidov were detained. The minor Jasmine Seiidova was also detained. All of them were delivered to the police department No. 2 in the Oktyabrsky District of the Office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Grozny. It was there, according to the relative of the Khamidovs living abroad, Binazir and Jasmine (Aisha) for the first time met in person.

A few days after the detention, the Chechen police unexpectedly launched Hamidov, and he even came to Dagestan to conduct another reception of patients. According to his relative, Anzor was greatly beaten, frightened and crushed. A relative suspects that he was released to use as a “informer”. The Khamidovs did not state the alarm - neither about this, nor in the fact of the detention of the pregnant Binazira Hamidova.

About what happened to the woman became known first from the adat telegram channel. A few days after the detention of Binazir Hamidov, she was taken to the hospital, where she had premature birth.

A premature child died, the woman herself did not go to freedom and did not return to relatives alive.

Obviously, she was again delivered to the police department No. 2 in the Oktyabrsky District of the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Grozny. This information was confirmed by our source in the FSB according to the Czech Republic.

According to him, in early November, relatives were given the bodies of Islam Isakhanov, his older brother Ibrahim and Binazira Khamidova. According to the official version, they died in an accident on a new highway through the Tersky Range connecting the Chechen Sernovodsk and the Ingush village of Sunge (former Sleptsovskaya). According to the FSB according to the Czech Republic, the car was discovered by executed. However, in the official reports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Czech Republic, there is neither incident with the execution of the machine, nor an accident with the death of three people do not appear. Nevertheless, the fact of the funeral of all three was confirmed by both numerous eyewitnesses and relatives of the Hamidovs.

The fate of the “second wife” of Islam Isakhanov, the 14-year-old Zhasmina Akhmedovna Seiidova, also detained by the Chechen police on October 13 last year, remained unclear.

“Novaya Gazeta” failed to find out whether the girl is a complete orphan, since in the database of the guardianship of Dagestan the girl’s brother, the grandfather’s brother is listed. However, we managed to find out that since October of this year, Zhasmin Seyidova, a student of the 9th grade of school No. 3 of the city of Dagestan lights, was in family education, has never contacted its teachers. She missed all certification tests.

A Chechnya Investigative Department told us that investigative actions were being carried out with the girl, since she allegedly gave confession about her involvement in the Chechen underground. However, as our source emphasized, all these “testimonies” have no power, since investigative actions with a minor suspect should be carried out in the presence of his legal representative.

The guardian of Zhasmina Sayidova refused to comment on Novaya Gazeta, and her parents, apparently, could not even find a Chechen policeman.
