In St. Petersburg, the police and Rospotrebnadzor came to an educational event for activists and artists following a complaint that there was a meeting of “radical activists” and a violation of the “self-isolation regime”. This was announced on Facebook by the artist Katrin Nenasheva, and also said by one of the participants in the event.

Six police officers and an employee of Rospotrebnadzor attended an outdoor event of the art activist Headquarters of City Self-Expression following a statement about a “dangerous gathering of radical activists from St. Petersburg and Moscow.” The police officers copied the passport data of the participants of the event and left it.
