The plaintiff, En+ Recycling , was registered with the power supply assets of the Dmitrov Experimental Plant of Aluminum and Combined Tape ( DOZAKL ). Part of its premises was leased to various companies, including Trubnikov's First Solution. During the proceedings, DOZAKL LLC itself became the plaintiff.

The lawsuit was related to a fire at the Dmitrovsky plant, which occurred on March 21, 2020. Aerial photography shows that almost the entire enterprise was on fire. How the plaintiffs are connected with Deripaska

Both En+ Recycling and DOZAKL LLC are owned by the Cypriot En+ Package Ltd., whose owners are not disclosed. But until March 11, 2016, En+ Recycling belonged to Oleg Deripaska's En+ Group and Dasten Ltd, affiliated with it. En+ Group denies any connection with En+ Recycling. The insurance company Ingosstrakh, whose shareholder is businessman Oleg Deripaska, as well as its subsidiaries, classified the structure and composition of shareholders in 2018, but the businessman himself remained the owner of 10% of the shares.

At the suit of the structures that were part of Deripaska's holding, security measures were imposed on 65 brands and Natura Siberica cars last summer.

A representative of Trubnikov's company did not comment on the case.
