
The Main Military Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee refused to conduct an audit on the application of the Corruption Fund on the involvement of the FSB officers in the poisoning of Alexei Navalny. The politician himself announced this in his blog, publishing a copy of the decision on the refusal.
The official response states that "specific information indicating the signs of a crime in the actions of the FSB of Russia is not contained in the statements."
The UK specified that they transferred an application to the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Siberian Federal District, where a procedural audit is carried out after the hospitalization of Navalny in Omsk.
On August 20, Alexei Navalny was hospitalized in Omsk after an emergency landing of the aircraft, on which the politician returned to Moscow from Tomsk. Two days later, he was transported to Germany to the Chanita clinic, where he was in a deep coma, his condition was evaluated as stably serious. Only on September 14, politics was disconnected from the Ivl apparatus.
The German government reported that Navalny was poisoned by a substance from the Novice group. The Military Laboratory of Germany found traces of the poisonous substance from this group in samples of the skin, blood and urine of Navalny. The laboratories of France and Sweden came to the same conclusion.
On December 21, Alexei Navalny published a telephone conversation with the FSB officer Konstantin Kudryavtsev, who participated in the attempt on the opposition. Navalny introduced himself as an assistant to the Secretary of the Council of People's Commissars of Nikolai Patrushev, after which Kudryavtsev confirmed that the poisoning of the opposition was a planned operation of security forces to liquidate him.
