The Moscow City Court dismissed an administrative case under the article on violation of the rules for participation in a public event (part 5 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses) against Timofey Filin, a participant in a solo picket in Moscow on November 28, 2019 and a supporter of the Other Russia E. Filin was detained on November 28 at Pushkinskaya Square during a picket in support of Shies. Filin and several other picketers unfurled a banner reading "Unite".
On March 3, 2020, the Tverskoy District Court fined Filin 10,000 rubles.
The Moscow City Court considered the appeal against the decision of the district court and dismissed the case against Filin.
