-Vadim, how great is the danger, which, because of these pirouettes, passengers were exposed to the “Navalny plane”?
-From the point of view of security-I do not think that something has changed here. The whole “bush” of Moscow airports has a unified air traffic control system, so redirecting one plane or another from one airport to another is not an emergency.
- It's not only about replacing the airport. I'm talking about the trajectories that I wrote out the plane for an hour and a half.
- I was worried not so much by the “Navalny plane” as other liners. At some point, Vnukovo just stopped taking the sides. Obviously, just when the detentions began at the airport itself. It was evident that there were planes that arrived in the Vnukovo area before, and they circled there. The St. Petersburg flight of Russia drew a giant phallus generally, so it moved. He flew from the north, they wrapped him - and he cut circles. Someone cut circles in the waiting area. So I was more worried about other planes. Those who flew with Navalny at least understood that they were involved in some action. If you are next to such a person, then be the name of what is called.
“But people could buy tickets long before they found out that the Russian authorities wanted to detain Navalny with them.” What are they to blame?
-Someone could and hand over the ticket. I know that someone, despite a sharp jump in prices, bought a ticket for this flight, and someone handed over tickets. People understood that they would no longer have a calm flight. But the other sides - there people got there as chickens.
“And all because of the blogger, about whom the president said“ who needs him ”?
- In general, an interesting situation. Here, a person who says the authorities, no one to call him in no way, some unknown blogger. And in fact, for twenty minutes he changed the entire air traffic circuit in Vnukovo and Sheremetyevo. In fact, we have such situations when the first persons of the country fly. Then they immediately change the movement schedule at the airports.
- That is, in this way they increased the status of Navalny to the level of the first person of the country?
-Yes, yes, they increased it de facto. They redirected the plane, which first made a large loop in the air. But before that, another board left - not only the “Navalny plane”, but also the St. Petersburg flight was redirected to Sheremetyevo.
Vnukovo stopped taking planes for some time. That is, the airport worked for flight, but stopped taking it. And 5-6 aircraft appeared in the waiting area.
And first, St. Petersburg was sent to the north, and after him the “Navalny plane” left. And from the point of view of safety - while all systems work on the plane and there is a supply of fuel, then nothing threatens safety.
- And if you look at the Flateradar, then they turned there under such sharp corners, they made such loops ...
- Flitradar is not entirely accurate and works with delay. It serves as a source of information for me and me when we meet someone. And if you change the scale of the map, you will see that there were no such sharp turns.
- But at the same time, a large number of aircraft over the western part of Moscow began to simultaneously change the trajectories. This, apparently, is a huge load on dispatchers? And for sure, very expensive?
- Expensive - yes. If the “victory” flew to Vnukovo, then the plane was waiting there, there they should have been served and so on. So expensive - one hundred percent. But the danger here, in fact, no. So it happens: planes fly, and some airport closes due to the fact that the fog is in the strip. They waited, waited - and turned around. That is, there was nothing extraordinary in this. This is not a daily situation, but quite probable. I would not say that other aircraft were dangerous by this decision.
- There are passengers who flew to the Berlin or St. Petersburg flights with a transplant to Vnukovo. Moreover, the transplant can be on a flight, which is not every day.
- Certainly! And someone could have a docking-hourly or two-hour. Of course, this is inconvenient for passengers. Formally, the airline is responsible for everything. If Victory sells tickets, this means that we have concluded an agreement with the air carrier, and he undertakes to deliver us and our baggage to the destination. And if one of the passengers has damage, they may make claims of the airline.

-Can the airline in a situation where the damage arose not due to weather conditions, but because of the “unnecessary blogger”, refer to force majeure?
- I can’t say whose responsibility in this case. To sit in Sheremetyeva, and not in Vnukov, because it was not decided by the airline.
-As far as I know, the official reason-some plane rolled out into the runway.
- Is it already announced?
- At the moment when we started the conversation, there was such a version.
- In the afternoon I said that this is the most competent way to close the airport for a short time: to announce the unpreparedness of the strip. Something rolled out. It rolled out for ten minutes - then rolled back. This is the technical malfunction that the airport is responsible for. But, you understand that it is interesting: after all, someone at the airport made such a decision!
- He did not come up with that he had to make a decision.
- Certainly. Someone made a decision-and the airport authorities closed it for a while. But the strip worked on departure. That is, while the “Navalny plane” circled in the air, according to the Flateradar, one or two planes took off.
- They, through what rolled into the strip, jumped up?
- I do not remember how many lanes in Vnukovo. But, in any case, if one plane flew out, then the other could sit down. There was no need to accumulate them in the waiting area. In addition, there is Vnukovo-1, Vnukovo-2 and Vnukovo-3. That is, if desired, it was possible to land a plane in Vnukovo. But in fact, within 15-20 minutes, Vnukovo Airport was closed to receive aircraft.
