List of those detained on the day of Alexei Navalny’s meeting at Vnukovo airport

On January 17, the plane with Alexei Navalny on board was supposed to land at Moscow's Vnukovo airport. Many people came to meet him, but the police and riot police soon began to detain them. The plane landed at Sheremetyevo, where they were also detained, including Navalny himself. In total, according to OVD-Info, about 70 people were detained. We publish the list of detainees. Ochakovo-Matveevskoe

1 detainee: Dmitry Beskorovayny

The detainee was released under an obligation to appear in order to draw up a protocol on disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

Dorogomilovo

9 detainees: Lyubov Sobol, Ruslan Shaveddinov, Konstantin Kotov, Ilya Pakhomov, Anastasia Kadetova, Vlad Dokshin ( Novaya Gazeta correspondent ), Aleksey Molokoedov, Andrey Orel, Aleksey Gresko

The department announced the "fortress" plan. There are lawyers from OVD-Info Maria Eismont and Mikhail Biryukov, as well as the lawyer of the Apology of Protest Vladimir Voronin. Andrei Orel and Vlad Dokshin were released without protocol. The rest were released under an obligation to appear to draw up reports of disobedience to the lawful demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Protocols will be drawn up in the linear department of Vnukovo airport.

9 detainees: Anton Starkov ( DailyStorm correspondent ), Kirill Borisov ( Rosderzhava correspondent ), Ivan Vodopyanov ( Kommersant correspondent ), Yekaterina Bushkova, Georgy Rizov, Yevgeny Shcherbakov, Anatoly Lotkov, Diana Rumyantseva and one minor

Ekaterina Bushkova was hit in the eye during the arrest, she was hospitalized in an ambulance, she was diagnosed with a head injury, bruise and hemorrhage in the eye. Ivan Vodopyanov was beaten in the kidneys. The lawyer of the Apologia Protest, Fyodor Sirosh, was never allowed into the detainees' department. Anton Starkov, Ivan Vodopyanov and Kirill Borisov were released without a protocol. Anatoly Lotkov was released after a protocol was drawn up. The father came for the minor, and he was supposedly released. The rest of the detainees were left for the night, they are going to write out protocols on participation in an uncoordinated action that interfered with the infrastructure (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The lawyer of the "Apology of Protest" Mansur Gilmanov works. The “fortress” plan was introduced, but the lawyer still managed to break through to the detainees. All detainees were released from the police department.

Andrei Zhadan was beaten up during the arrest, his eye was cut. Lawyers from OVD-Info Sergey Telnov and Tatyana Solomina work. As of 0:55 on January 18, the detainees are being released with an obligation to appear to draw up a protocol under the article on violation of the procedure for holding public events (Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Alexander Kuznetsov was going to be left overnight with a protocol on participation in an uncoordinated action that interfered with the infrastructure (part 6.1 of article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses), but then they were taken to the hospital due to a chronic illness. During the night, all the detainees were released on a promise to appear.

Dozhd correspondent Eduard Burmistrov was also detained in Vnukovo, but was quickly released.

Line department at Sheremetyevo Airport

3 detainees: Samariddin Radjabov, Valery Kostenok, Saidanvar Sulaymonov

Detained at Sheremetyevo Airport, where the plane eventually landed with Alexei Navalny on board. Works lawyer from OVD-Info Dmitry Ivanov. The detainees were released from the department.

In addition, Alexei Navalny himself was detained at Sheremetyevo Airport. The Federal Penitentiary Service stated that he would remain in custody pending a court decision on a measure of restraint. According to his lawyer Olga Mikhailova, cited by the BBC, he is in the 2nd department of the Khimki police. Lawyers are not allowed to see the detainee.

4 detainees: Pavel Ivankin, Alexander Kray, David Frenkel, Aleksey Barich

All four were detained on the morning of January 17 at Pulkovo airport in St. Petersburg. Later, Alexander Kray was transferred to another department, from where he was released with a protocol on violation of the “high alert” regime (Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg). The rest were released without protocol.

3 detainees: Vladimir Remeshevsky, Alexandra Korzhova, Yegor Batozhok

Remeshevsky was detained in the subway because he was wearing a mask with a portrait of Navalny. Korzhova and Batozhka - at single pickets at Gostiny Dvor. The Apology of Protest lawyer Maria Zyryanova and public defender Vladimir Vasilenko are working. Everyone was released from the department with a protocol on violation of the “high alert” regime (Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg).
