The department announced a “fortress” plan. The lawyers from OVD-Info are Maria Eismont and Mikhail Biryukov, as well as the lawyer of “Apology of Protest” Vladimir Voronin. Andrei Orel and Vlad Dokshin were released without protocols. The rest were released on an obligation to appear to draw up reports of disobedience to the legal demands of police officers (Article 19.3 of the Administrative Code). The protocols will be drawn up in the line department of Vnukovo Airport.

Ekaterina Bushkova was hit in the eye during arrest, she was hospitalized in an ambulance, and she was diagnosed with a head injury, bruise and hemorrhage in the eye. Ivan Vodopyanov was hit in the kidneys. Apology of Protest lawyer Fyodor Sirosh was never allowed into the department to see the detainees. Anton Starkov, Ivan Vodopyanov and Kirill Borisov were released without a protocol. Anatoly Lotkov was released after drawing up a report. The minor's father came to pick him up and he was presumably released. The rest of the detainees were left overnight; they are going to be issued protocols for participation in an uncoordinated action that created obstacles to the infrastructure (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses).

The lawyer of “Apology of Protest” Mansur Gilmanov works. The “fortress” plan was introduced, but the lawyer still managed to break through to the detainees. All detainees were released from the police department.

Works as a lawyer from OVD-Info Vasily Kushnir. The rest were released on an undertaking to appear to draw up a report. Belikov, Menshikov, Tverdokhlebov, Yesenkov, Babenkov, Stepanov and one other person were transported to the Troitsky police department, and then released on an undertaking to appear, all except one person, whose name is unknown.

Andrei Zhadan was beaten during arrest, his eye was cut. The lawyers from OVD-Info are Sergey Telnov and Tatyana Solomina. As of 0:55 on January 18, detainees are beginning to be released with an obligation to appear to draw up a protocol under the article on violation of the procedure for holding public events (Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code). Alexander Kuznetsov was going to be left overnight with a protocol on participation in an uncoordinated action that created interference with infrastructure (Part 6.1 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code), but then he was taken to the hospital due to a chronic illness. During the night, all detainees were released on an undertaking to appear.
Dozhd correspondent Eduard Burmistrov was also detained in Vnukovo, but was quickly released.

Information appeared only on January 18, the detainee is currently at large.
3 detainees: Samariddin Radjabov, Valery Kostenok, Saidanvar Sulaymonov
They were detained at Sheremetyevo Airport, where the plane with Alexei Navalny on board eventually landed. The lawyer from OVD-Info is Dmitry Ivanov. The detainees were released from the department.
In addition, Alexei Navalny himself was detained at Sheremetyevo airport. The Federal Penitentiary Service stated that he will be in custody until the court decides on the preventive measure. According to his lawyer Olga Mikhailova, cited by the BBC, he is in the 2nd police department of Khimki. Lawyers are not allowed to see the detainee.
4 detainees: Pavel Ivankin, Alexander Kray, David Frenkel, Alexey Barich
All four were detained on the morning of January 17 at St. Petersburg Pulkovo Airport. Later, Alexander Kray was transported to another department, from where he was released with a protocol for violating the “high alert” regime (Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg). The rest were released without reports.
3 detainees: Vladimir Remeshevsky, Alexandra Korzhova, Egor Batozhok
Remeshevsky was detained in the metro because he was wearing a mask with a portrait of Navalny. Korzhova and Batozhka - on single pickets at Gostiny Dvor. “Apology of Protest” lawyer Maria Zyryanova and public defender Vladimir Vasilenko are working. All were released from the department with a protocol for violating the “high alert” regime (Article 8.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of St. Petersburg).
