The photographer filmed the designs of the "Lakhta Center" from the drone. In other photographs shot from afar, hoarfrost is not visible. As Galakhov told Paper , he took pictures on the night of January 15, when there were 18 degrees on the street. “Idem covered the iron structures of the weather station.
