The defendants of the Golunov case are operatives Igor Lyakhovets, Akbar Sergaliev, Roman Feofanov, Denis Konovalov and Maxim Umetbaev. At the second hearing, the main defendants in the case are present in the same composition. Former operatives of the AKBAR Sergaliev ATC, Roman Feofanov and Maxim Umetbaev, along with their former chief Igor Lyakhovts, are sitting in the glass Aquarium. Their former colleague Denis Konovalov alone sits in the hall in the front row (he pleaded guilty and testified to Lyakhovtsa, the court released him under house arrest). The accused are represented by six defenders, of which only Lyakhovtsy has for their intended purpose. His usual lawyer Alexei Kovrizhkin was deprived of a lawyer status due to accusations of provocation of investigators.

The meeting begins with the fact that the victim Ivan Kolunov gives a receipt that he is warned of criminal liability for the dacha of false testimony.

Judge Sergei Gruzdev invites him to testify from his place and sitting - but Golunov decides to do it standing. He again talks about the events of June 6 and the night on June 7, 2019, when he was detained, the drugs were thrown to him and accused him of their sales. These circumstances were already set out in the indictment, his prosecutor read out at the first meeting, but Golunov tells the same with numerous details.

“I woke up at 9:30, washed, washed my head, walked with the dog, sat on a trolleybus and went to work,” the Medusa special corner describes that day. When Kolunov went to a meeting with his colleague at lunch and passed on the passage between the 3rd Kolobovsky lane and color Boulevard, he heard a scream: “Stand!” - and saw how people in civilian clothes flee to him; These were Konovalov and Theophanes. They said that he was detained and handcuffed him; The journalist was put in the car and taken to inspection to the department.

“In the car, Konovalov began to conduct a confidential conversation with me. He asked what I did in Riga [where the editors of Medusa is located] what was in our gathering, ”says Golunov. Sometimes he checks with his notes - in front of him lies a common notebook, scribbled by hand. - On the corner of Konovalov and Theophanes got out of the car and went to Lyakhovtsa - he officially on this day was on vacation - and returned with the passport of the witness. After that, a young man in a mask, shorts and a tattoo on his thigh approached the car - this was a witness to Sergey Kuznetsov. He sat in the front seat, and together we went to the ATC in CJSC. ”

In the car, Feofanov said that he was conducting video surveillance, and demanded that Golunov sit his back to him - to see his hands in handcuffs behind his back. In the police department in CJSC, Golunov was taken to office No. 125, on the way he told everyone that he needed a lawyer. “They told me, they say, have seen enough American films,” the journalist recalls. They hired witnesses in the office.

“Denis Konovalov said that then there would be a forced inspection,” says Golunov. - I was surprised and asked: “Is there such a form?” He said that there is. "

All this time, Golunov’s backpack stood on a chair on the side of the table. “I tried to control it, but I could miss something. When the backpack was opened [during the inspection] I saw that there was a bag of yellow-green balls on top. I said this is not mine. "

The Golunov inspection protocol refused to sign, then he was led to "skit fingers." The Dactyloscopist girl told the operatives that she would not be able to remove the prints if Golunov did not agree-but Sergaliev said that they could tighten the handcuffs stronger. The girl replied that it wouldn’t work out like that: the fingertips should be relaxed.

He said: “What, do you also have a lawyer? What is his number?” I said that I don’t remember the number, but you can see on the Internet. He said that he would not watch. Then I called the phone of my neighbor. Lyakhovets wrote it down, but after ten seconds everything changed - he said: “Yeah, you want to warn the accomplice”. ”

After that, Feofanov and Sergaliev returned and took Golunov to a medical examination. In the clinic, the doctor convinced Golunov to take tests. “The doctor said that if I refuse, they will register me with the drug dispensary. He said that there are cameras everywhere and he could not change anything in the results of the tests. There is a seal on jars - if you tear it off, it changes color, and I sign on the seal. In general, he convinced that it would be difficult to falsify anything. These words convinced me. ”

After that, Golunov refused to leave the medical institution, because “he felt safe in the visibility zone of cameras”; He grabbed the bench. Sergaliev and Feofanov pressed Golunov on the knuckles of his fingers, dragged to the exit, Feofanov clamped his neck with his hand. On the stairs, Kolunov grabbed the fences, and Sergaliev and Theophanes dragged him by the arms and legs. Golunov fought against the step-and at some point, probably lost consciousness. In the courtyard, Feofanov put Golunov first leg, and then his knee on his chest. Then Golunov put him in the car and the operatives took him to his house to conduct a search.

When the operatives brought Golunov in the staircase, Umetbaev held it for the handcuffs. “I jerked to the left to call my neighbors, but Umetbaev controlled my movements and did not let me do it. My dog ​​barked that it was strange because it barks when the door to the apartment opens - and this time - when they went into the entrance. Umetbaev immediately found the desired key, although there were 12 keys on the bunch, and read a piece of paper - the resolution of the Moscow City Court on the search. Then Umetbaev demanded to calm the dog, “otherwise we will figure it out,” says Golunov. In the apartment, operatives began to inspect things and cabinets; We saw a film equipment.

“Thefanov and Sergaliev were asked what it is like using it,” Kolunov continues. - Konovalov did not take part in the search, called on the phone, came in, went out. At some point, I saw that he had passed the closet. I began to say loudly for the video: “Denis, where are you going? We don’t see you.” After 15 seconds, Denis came out from the cabinet, pretended that nothing happened, sat down at the table and asked: “Have you looked there, at the closet? Be sure to look.” Feofanov pulled out a large gift album from the closet, and then two packages. One with a plastic silver object - later it turned out that these were Libra. After drugs were discovered, Konovalov took a briefcase and left the apartment. The other three premises we watched about ten minutes. On the reverse road, Konovalov began to conduct conversations that I had to confess everything, not to spoil life, to cooperate. ”

Already at night in the police department, Golunov led to an investigator who finally allowed him to make a call. The journalist asked to call his girlfriend, at that time-the journalist of the Russian BBC Service Svetlana Reuters (now she is a special corner of Medusa). After that, lawyer Dmitry Dzhulay came to the police department.

After the victim finishes testations, his interrogation begins. The first few questions are asked by the prosecutor Tatyana Parshintseva. She clarifies whether Golunov was convicted of criminal or administrative articles related to drug distribution; Golunov replies that he was not. Then, a few clarifying questions to the journalist is asked by the lawyer of “Human Rights Cards” Sergey Badamshin, representing the interests of Golunov.

The word passes to the accused and their defenders. Konovalov’s lawyer asks to clarify whether Konovalov applied physical violence to Golunov. The journalist replies that Konovalov applied physical strength during the detention, dragged it to the car, and then conducted a “forced inspection”: “He began to tear off [from me] windproof and a backpack, and then it suddenly turned out that I was in handcuffs.”

- Have you seen how Sergaliev threw narcotic substances to you? - Golunov asks the defender of Sergaliev Denis Kovalev.

“Look, I got out of coworking, and I had no narcotic substances in my backpack ...” Golunov begins to answer.

“Ivan Valentinovich, answer a specific question,” the judge asks. - You, using the senses, in particular, vision - have you seen your senses with your vision, - so that Sergaliev would throw you narcotic substances?

“No,” says Golunov.

The lawyer of Umetbaev Andrei Vinogradov asks if Umetbaev communicated with Kolunov before he struck him.

The next questions are asked by Feofanov’s lawyer Alexander Shaburov.

Golunov lists the Medusa employees who were with him in coworking that day, and leans to consult with Badamshin - but the defender of Feofanov will protest and asks the judge to ban the journalist to communicate with a lawyer. The judge replies that Golunov has the right to defense, so he will not prohibit anything.

Golunov does not remember.

Then Sergaliev asks if Golunov felt “the touch of Konovalov and Feofanov” when they put on his handcuffs.

“Are you kidding me?” - the judge is indignant.

- Can you chronologically build the events of that day? - again asks Golunov Sergaliev.

- And before that, what did he do, in your opinion? - the judge asks sarcastically.

“I did not understand the chronology,” says Sergaliev.

“This does not mean that he will repeatedly inform her,” the judge says.

Sergaliev begins to resemble the loser in a complex exam.

“I have little experience, I’m the first time here,” Sergaliev makes excuses.

“I don’t swear, I explain,” the judge says already softer.

- Have you been warned about the use of physical strength and special equipment if you do not fulfill legal requirements? - asks Sergaliev.

“I asked to call the police outfit ...” Golunov begins to answer.

“Ivan Valentinovich, do not complicate,” the judge asks.

“Yes, he was warned,” Golunov answers.

Konovalov has no questions to Golunov, and the word goes to their former head of Lyakhovts. He has a lawyer for their intended purpose, but at previous meetings, Lyakhovets said that he intends to defend himself.

- What is your education? He asks Golunov.

“The middle one,” Golunov manages to answer, before the judge removes the question as not related to the essence of the prosecution and asks the Lyachovts to ask questions in the case.

-I am trying to show the background of this matter, which received a great resonance, because the journalist was allegedly detained from the profession. My goal is to prove that he was not such a great journalist and all [discovered] substances belonged to him, ”says Lyakhovets.

- If we considered the case against Golunov, these issues would take place. But we are considering the case against you, ”the judge says to Lyakhovtsa. - And what does education have to do with it? The formation of a drug sales - there is not even an institute.

But this does not stop Lyakhovtsa, he continues to read out questions.

- Where do you work? He asks Golunov.

“Ivan Valentinovich, what kind of work of your work, answer, this is still no secret,” the judge tells Golunov.

- I'm a journalist.

- What publication? - continues Lyakhovets.

- The question is removed.

Lyakhovets asks the judge for permission to at least read their questions, even if they are removed.

- Is this your only source of income? Do you work under an employment contract? Where is your workplace? He continues.

The judge stops him again.

- No need to prove the guilt of Golunov, you need to refute your guilt.

- What is your salary and how do you get it? - Lyakhovets continues to ask questions. “Why did you have two press workers with you?” Why did you say in an interview with Russia TV channel that you are not working and the work book is in your pocket? Have you had labor obligations at the time of detention? What are your relations with relatives? Why did you live away from the place of permanent registration? In this connection, in adolescence, did you treat a psychiatrist? Did you have a tendency to deceit?

The judge shoots all these questions - and asks Lyakhovts, how many still remains.

“120 questions, your honor,” he says.

- Let's not turn the process into a farce.

- You just understand me as a person: we were illegally placed here, the media poured mud. The only option is to prove the opposite to us that we are not so bad guys is to expose Golunov, that he is not the person for whom he gives himself up so that all stereotypes against him to destroy that he is such a truth -seeker, ”says Lyakhovets.

Judge Gruzdev replies that if it continues and Lyakhovets does not begin to fulfill the requirements of the judge, he will be forced to remove him from the hall to the debate of the parties. In order not to do this, the judge finishes the meeting and asks Lyakhovts to think about his questions and the line of protection until the next meeting: it will take place on Wednesday, January 20, at 11:00.
