The state prosecution asked for Miftakhov six years of colony, for Gorban - two and four years conditionally. Azat Miftakhov did not plead guilty, saying that he was not an activist of "folk self -defense", and did not commit actions against United Russia, although he feels hostility, writes "Mediazon" .

Elena Gorban partially pleaded guilty, saying that she broke the window in the office of United Russia, but did not consider the action the action itself, but simply wanted to stand out. According to the judge, she was not a member of the "people's self -defense", but was interested in anarchism.

Andrei Yokin pleaded guilty, saying that he took part in the action, because "he wanted a thrill." In total, according to him, six people participated in the action. Yekin shot what was happening on the video. Another activist Alexei Kobaidze, who also agreed to participate in the event in order to “raise the hype”, threw a saber into the building. The flash drive with the record was handed over to the unknown girl. Miftakhov’s arguments that he was not involved in the action, as well as the testimony of Hele and Gorban about the lack of involvement of the mathematician to the crime, the court accepted the court.

The court found that all three of the defendants committed hooliganism based on political hatred: they participated in the “People’s Self -Defense” group, entered into a conspiracy, developed a plan, found an unidentified object for “breaking the windows” and fire. “Violating the silence and calmness of citizens, expressing their imaginary superiority, knowing that their actions can lead to consequences, Gorban broke the window of the executive committee, threw a smoke torch there,” the judge said.

She also gave the testimony of a secret witness under the pseudonym Petrov. He claimed that he had seen a group of people who spoke and then threw a smoke saber out the window. He allegedly remembered their faces well, and Miftakhov later saw in the news and recognized by "expressive eyebrows." According to Petrov, the mathematician allegedly indicated to all other participants in the action what to do.

Another secret witness stated that he was in the “People’s Self -Defense” and “15 times” met with Miftakhov, who impressed the “well -read ideological anarchist, ready to conduct radical shares.” The judge also announced the messages in the chat, where Miftakhov advised to read a certain "alphabet of terrorism."

The judge stated that she trusts the testimony of witnesses, and they had no reason to stipulate the accused. The court described the actions of the defendants as hooliganism committed by a group of persons.

Dozens of people came to the Golovinsky Court building. Fences are exhibited at the building, police officers are on duty, a car is parked nearby. Several people were detained, including Pussy Riot participants Margarita Konovalov and Rita Flores, activist Dmitry Gornostaev, author of the Dmitry Ivanov protest telegram channel. Another detainee, according to the correspondent of Novaya Gazeta, was without a poster and just went to the cafe.

They should have been announced on January 11, but the judge suffered him without explanation. According to lawyer Svetlana Sidorkina, who protects Azat Miftakhova, this was done to reduce the public interest in this matter.
