The FSB investigator with a similar surname participated in the case of Petersburger Pavel Zlomnov, who spoke about torture in the FSB. FSB officers detained Pavel Zlomnov on January 31, 2018 on suspicion of illegal turnover of weapons. Zlomnov claims that during the detention he was tortured. Doctors diagnosed the kidney bruises and partial hearing loss and other injuries.
