The court in St. Petersburg recognized several anime series "information prohibited for distribution"

Opening Frame Anime "Elven Song"

The Kolpinsky District Court of St. Petersburg in a meeting on January 20 recognized several anime series posted on the Internet “forbidden information”. It is reported by "Mediazona."

The episodes of the anime “Note of Death”, “Tokyo Ghoul”, “Elven Song” and “Inuyashiki” were banned.

"Mediazona" led a text broadcast from the meeting. The prosecutor's office of the Kolpinsky district filed a lawsuit with the lawsuit on the ban. The department said that it found on sites with the anime "Materials that threaten the mental health of the child." The sites themselves, from the words of specialists surveyed by the prosecutor's office, "are extremely harmful to mental development, unacceptable for visiting children of any ages."

The participants in the court session managed to watch several episodes of anime. For example, the episode of “Inuyashiki”, a series in the genre of science fiction, which tells about the life of the Kolyborg heroes. The prosecutor's office was outraged by a series with a “killing finger”, as the judge called it. The specialist who performed in the meeting clarified that “Inuyashiki” “forms the destructive potential”. “Because to kill a person, sending a finger - killed, and at all experienced no emotions. In fact, we see that such films arise in the destructive beginning, and we have adolescents on average in Russia end the life of a suicide of about two thousand. Including due to such films there may be such a large growth of the number. And adolescents are the most valuable in the population, ”the specialist concluded.

The second specialist so commented on his attitude to the anime “Death Note”, the lawsuit of which the court considered the court after “Inuyashika”: “The very name“ Death Note ” - when there is a problem of suicidal behavior - one name is enough to say that there is an indirect, but sufficiently motivating impact on the child. This pushes to think of children in this direction and is harmful to the psyche of adolescents. Today's teenagers are more vulnerable and sensitive compared to previous generations. ”

After reading the description of the Anime “Tokyo Ghul”, a specialist with remarks again spoke: “Of course, this is unacceptable, because in fact there is a mass manipulation of the consciousness of adolescents and children. Here personal disorders are easily cultivated, here he is a sadist the future! It is directly encouraged to the actions that is demonstrated on the screen. This is the most destructive potential and is unacceptable to demonstrate in the public domain. ”

Another claim of the prosecutor's office concerned the anime "Elven Song". The prosecution representative justified the ban on the series: “As experts rightly noted, this animated film romantics death. Of course, the information that we have now been viewed, even taking into account the lack of special knowledge, makes it clear that this information can harm the health of children. The only purpose of this claim is to protect children from this information. The protection of the consciousness of children is in the first place. ”

In the process, the judge has repeatedly mentioned that the court received a “huge number of letters” of citizens from many cities that demanded “close these links (with anime- OVD-info ), because they cripple the souls of children”.

The court broadcast from the meeting in YouTube. At the moment, access to the broadcast has been blocked due to copyright violations.
