The memo was created by Savina Yulana Alexandrovna, judging by the properties of the document. The name of the Creator of the file completely coincides with the surname, the name and patronymic of the deputy chairman of the Committee on the territorial development of St. Petersburg.

On the website of the gymnasium No. 190, parents are asked to "protect children from drawing them into destructive actions." Similar messages are distributed among public publics in VKontakte.
