The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case under the article on “involving minors in illegal activities” (paragraphs “a”, “c”, part 2 of Article 151.2 of the Criminal Code) due to posts announcing actions in support of Navalny. The Investigative Committee reports this on the official website.

“There are restrictions in place in Moscow and other constituent entities of the Russian Federation due to the spread of coronavirus infection.
