In dozens of Russian cities on January 23, rallies were held in support of Alexei Navalny. He was detained 30 days after he returned to Russia from Germany, where he was treated after poisoning with poison from the Novice group. On the eve of the shares, the headquarters announced that they will take place in 93 cities of the country. The rallies went abroad - in Australia, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Great Britain, the USA, Montenegro and other countries.

Despite the lack of approvals with the authorities, the protest campaign has become the largest over many years. Tens of thousands of people participated in it. Unlike many other rallies, thousands of people in the regions gathered for it. At the reports of journalists, about six thousand people entered the streets in Krasnodar, seven thousand in Yekaterinburg , up to ten thousand in Nizhny Novgorod , from three to 10 thousand protesters, in Barnaul - three thousand people, in Syktyvkar - 1,200 people.

The most massive processions in Siberia and in the Far East were held in Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, Tomsk, Krasnoyarsk and Irkutsk: in each city, several thousand people gathered in each city.
