«Родственников, защитников, прессу не пускают», — передает Бойко в твиттере.

«Стоим в коридоре, через рамки не пускают. Говорят, „мы не в курсе, привезли ли их вообще“», — сообщила супруга Бойко Кристина Жданова.

«Мы здесь власть», — скандирует толпа в ответ на предупреждение полицейского о несогласованной акции.

ОМОНовцы уже набросились с дубинкой на кого-то из протестующих и увели. Один из них уронил свое оружие.

Во время создания оцепления сотрудники ОМОНа «протоплатились» по портрету президента Р Ф Владимира Путина, передают авторы трансляции.

*09:10 * Экс-губернатор Иркутской области Сергей Левченко (КПРФ) выступил против преследования людей по политическим мотивам. В конце 2019 года он под давлением Кремля был вынужден уйти в отставку, а в 2020-м его сына, лидера фракции коммунистов в региональном парламенте арестовали по обвинению в мошенничестве. Арест Андрея Левченко совпал с тем, что его отец должен был получить мандат депутата Госдумы,но отказался .

«Я тоже категорически против того, чтобы людей гнобили, привлекали по политическим мотивам за инакомыслие. Уж кто-кто, а я хорошо знаю, что такое — привлечение к ответственности за другую точку зрения, — отметил экс-губернатор. — Мой сын Андрей Левченко находится в СИЗО уже четыре месяца. Ему нельзя передать никаких следственных материалов, чтобы он готовился [к разбирательству], даже вещи нельзя передавать. Очень строгий карантин. И так случилось, что именно в этот следственный изолятор [Матросская тишина] помещен Алексей Навальный. Я категорически против, вне зависимости от того, какую позицию занимает человек, чтобы его по политическим мотивам привлекали к ответственности. <…> Одновременно [с заключением Навального] прекратилась возможность направлять и получать письма в электронном варианте, мотивируя это тем, что коронавирус — наверно, это какие-то новые разработки правоохранителей, которые считают, что вирус может передаваться и электронным путем».

«Навальный очень жестко борется с правящим режимом, и ему это удается, — отметил Левченко. — Почему происходят эти действия по отношению к нему — сумбурные, незаконные — это следствие того, что они [власти] не знают, как отвечать на эти острые претензии».

В то же время политическая программа Навального не близка Сергею Левченко, подчеркнул он.

*09:00 * В Хабаровске, как передает RusNews, уже перекрыта площадь Ленина у администрации края. Полностью перекрыта улица Пушкина. Полиция задержала съемочную группу RusNews, журналиста Сергея Плотникова — «за участие в несанкционированном митинге 24 октября».

Такого количества силовиков не было в дни митингов в поддержку Фургала, отмечает местный штаб Навального. Кстати, координатора штаба Алексея Ворсина тоже задержали перед шествием.

*08:50 * А пока почитайте, как 22 января люди в штатском задерживали депутата горсовета Новосибирска Сергея Бойко, его помощницу Елену Носковец, а еще одному независимому депутату Светлане Каверзиной угрожали разбить машину.

Полицейские также приходили к родственникам экс-кандидатов в депутаты горсовета.

*08:40 * Ближе к полуночи полиция пришла и к координатору омского штаба Ольге Картавцевой и сотруднику Даниилу Чебыкину пришла полиция. Картавцеву, при этом, уже ранее оштрафовали за организацию пока не состоявшегося массового мероприятия.

«Даниилу полтора часа стучали в дверь, после чего выключили свет и стоят ждут на лестичной площадке. К Ольге полицейские настойчиво звонили в дверь», — рассказали в местном штабе.

*08:30 * Ночью задержан помощник депутата горсовета Новосибирска Хельги Пироговой и сотрудник местного штаба Навального Даниил Маркелов.

На Маркелова составили протокол по ч. 2 ст. 20.2 КоАП РФ (организация митинга без подачи уведомления) якобы за призыв на мирную протестную акцию, передает «Апология протеста».

*08:00 * Первые акции в Сибири запланированы в Чите, городах Иркутской области и Улан-Удэ. Но до этого ожидается традиционное шествие в Хабаровске, где жители уже почти полгода протестуют против ареста избранного людьми оппозиционного губернатора Сергея Фургала (ЛДПР).

04:00 21−22 января в России начали задерживать активистов штабов Навального и просто оппозиционно настроенных к действующей власти людей.

Силовики увезли активистов в Чите , Красноярске, Барнауле. В Новосибирске полиция решила задержать депутата горсовета Сергея Бойко и его помощницу Елену Носковец. Кроме того, сотрудники МВД пытались задержать независимого депутата горсовета Новосибирска Светлану Каверзину, но у них не получилось .

02:00 В «Фонде борьбы с коррупцией"* пообещали компенсировать штрафы тем, кого задержат на акциях протеста (*по версии Минюста Р Ф, является «некоммерческой организацией, выполняющей функцию иностранного агента»).

00:02 СК РФ решил возбудить дело о «вовлечении несовершеннолетних в совершение противоправных действий».

«По результатам проверки размещённых в средствах массовой информации многочисленных обращений различных объединений родителей российских школьников главным следственным управлением Следственного комитета России возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного пп. „а, в“ ч. 2 ст. 151.2 УК РФ (вовлечение несовершеннолетних в совершение противоправных действий, заведомо представляющих опасность для жизни несовершеннолетних, посредством информационно-телекоммуникационных сетей), — заявили в ведомстве. — На территории Москвы и других субъектов РФ действуют ограничения в условиях распространения коронавирусной инфекции. В этой связи уполномоченными органами власти отказано в проведении 23 января 2021 года митингов. В условиях сложной эпидемиологической ситуации и действующих ограничений проведение массовых мероприятий с привлечением большого количества людей создает для них реальную угрозу заболевания».

«Несмотря на это, сторонники Навального размещают публикации в сети Интернет, социальных сетях „TikTok“, „ВКонтакте“, „Facebook“, „Twitter“, „Instagram“, на сервисе „YouTube“, в которых призывают несовершеннолетних к участию в несанкционированных митингах на территории Москвы и в других городах России 23 января», — добавили в СК.

В ведомстве не уточнили, кого они понимают под «сторонниками Навального». Дело возбуждено по факту.

00:00 Роскомнадзор отчитался о блокировке сообществ шествий и митингов в социальных сетях.

«Социальные сети на основании требования Генеральной прокуратуры и уведомлений Роскомнадзора удаляют призывы к детям участвовать в незаконных массовых мероприятиях», — заявили в ведомстве. Как отличить доступ несовершеннолетних пользователей от несовершеннолетних, не уточняется.

«Данный материал заблокирован на территории РФ на основании требования Генеральной прокуратуры Российской Федерации от 20.01.2021 № 27−31−2021/Ид430−21», — говорится во всех встречах, организованных во «ВКонтакте».

«К утру пятницы, 22 января, социальная сеть TikTok удалила 38% информации, вовлекающей несовершеннолетних в опасные для их жизни и здоровья противоправные действия, от общего объема выявленной. В соцсети продолжается наибольшая активность, появляются новые призывы, распространение которых носит в том числе искусственный характер, — считают в РКН. — „ВКонтакте“ прекращено распространение 50% незаконной информации от общего объема выявленной, Instagram — 17%. Видеохостинг YouTube прекратил распространение 50% выявленных призывов к подрастающему поколению участвовать в противоправных акциях».
