After the shares on January 23, a wave of arrests of chapters and coordinators of Navalny headquarters swept through the cities of Russia. All their courts are found guilty under Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (the organization of a public event without notification of conducting, participating in an unauthorized procession, and the creation of interference to the movement of transport). All defendants receive administrative arrests for up to 30 days.

Despite this, the head of the network of regional headquarters of the Corruption Fund (FBK) Leonid Volkov live on the air "Navalny Live" announced plans to hold new protests the next weekend. According to him, the headquarters, despite the arrests, will show how they can "self -organize" and "regroup".

“We will hold new protest promotions throughout the country next weekend. Alexei Navalny should be immediately released,” said the representative of the FBK. “He is now in danger, and for this no means, no tools are sorry. And we believe that our absolutely fair requirements must be fulfilled.”

Volkov emphasized that they would urge people to go back to protests again next weekend and come to the court on February 2 in order to demand the release of Navalny there.

On the second of February, the Simonovsky Court of Moscow will consider the FSIN's petition to replace Navalny with a conditional term with a real - 3.5 years of a penal colony. According to the department, the opposition violated the rules of conditional conviction in the case of Yves Rocher, not noted in the Russian inspection after he was discharged from the German clinic. According to media reports, this time the Russian authorities are going to put the opposition to prison for several years.
