The Verkhnepyshminsky City Court of the Sverdlovsk Region has appointed 15 days of administrative arrest to a supporter of the ex-sheigumen Sergius Vsevolod Moguchev due to the publication of the video. This is reported by MBKh Media with reference to lawyer Mikhail Tolmachev.
Moguchev was found guilty under the article on inciting hatred or enmity (Article 20.3.1). An administrative case was opened because of a video with Sergiy's sermon on YouTube.
“Of course we will appeal. This is the third administrative case in a row against Moguchev. They can start new cases indefinitely, ”the lawyer quotes the publication.
