“Spring” coordinator Valentin Khoroshenin was detained in St. Petersburg

Police in St. Petersburg detained the coordinator of the “Spring” movement, Valentin Khoroshenin. Civil activist Nikita Levkin reported this on his Twitter.

14:27 Khoroshenin told OVD-Info that he was detained by five people. “I left the house to hand over the keys to my friends, and they immediately greeted me. The details are still unknown, except that this is a test for the KUSP (crime reporting book - OVD-Info ). Right now I’m going to some police department,” the activist reports.

On January 28, Khoroshenina was arrested for seven days under the article on organizing an uncoordinated rally (Part 2 of Article 20.2 of the Administrative Code) because of a post about the rally on January 23 in support of Alexei Navalny. They write about this in the movement’s Telegram channel.
