In Moscow, public catering was allowed to work at night

In Moscow, the night work of catering establishments was allowed. In St. Petersburg, according to Fontanka, they also discuss the mitigation of restrictions, but others.

From January 27, bars, restaurants and entertainment institutions in Moscow will be able to work around the clock, said the mayor of the capital Sergei Sobyanin. Before there, as in St. Petersburg, a ban on work from 23 to 6 hours was in force.

In Moscow, they also abolished the requirement for employers to transfer at least 30 % of employees to distance work - now this is only a recommendation.

In Smolny, restrictions are also prepared, Fontanka writes with reference to two sources close to the coordination council. Among the options under consideration: the resumption of the work of individual restaurants in the shopping center, the softening of the requirements for cinemas and concert venues (now the halls can be filled only by 25 %), relief for sports events (they may allow them without separate coordination with Rospotrebnadzor).

What concessions will be included in the final edition, it is still unknown, the interlocutors of Fontanka say. The current version of the decision on measures against coronavirus is valid until January 31.

Earlier, the governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, said that Smolny would discuss with Rospotrebnadzor the mitigation of restrictions - but made a reservation that after a rally in the city there may be an outbreak of incidence.
