Then the second car with the police in uniform immediately drove up, which began to read out warning and administrative materials [under Art. 20.2 Administrative Code]. I refused to accept these documents that they recorded. At the same time, they prevented me from shooting, ”the lawyer noted.

Police officers verbally informed Nizovkina about the need to appear in the Soviet District Department of Internal Affairs on January 28. According to her, with similar requirements, the security forces come home to students who allegedly participated in the protest rally on January 23.

The lawyer believes that the police are pressure on it to detain the nearest protest and bring as administrative responsibility.

Recall that at a rally in support of Alexei Navalny on January 23 in Ulan-Ude, the police detained about ten people. The rest of the protesters came to the Soviet District Department of Internal Affairs with a demand to free people. Later, all the detainees were released from the department, one of them was hospitalized with a foot injury, but after a while the police delivered two more protesters to the police department.

The police accused Nadezhda Nizovkin of “led the protesters to the door of the police department” and she would “judge as the organizer” under Part 2 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code, she told Taiga.info. But it is still unknown whether the protocol has been drawn up.

The next action in support of the politician of Alexei Navalny in Ulan-Ude will be held on January 31, the local headquarters of the opposition said. Protesters will go to the procession from the Square of the Revolution to Theater Square.
