The supporter of Tesak was fined 15 thousand rubles per poster demanding to investigate his murder

The Tver District Court of Moscow fined 15 thousand rubles activist Alexander Ivanov for hanging a poster demanding to investigate the murder of Maxim Martsinkevich (Tesaka). Ivanova herself informed the OVD-info about this.

The girl was found guilty under the article on non -fulfillment of the rules of high readiness regime (part 1 of article 20.6.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). She is going to appeal this decision.

Ivanova’s action took place on November 4, one day with the “Russian march” in Moscow. She hung a sheet on the reception of the main building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Petrovka with a demand to investigate the murder and torture of the nationalist Maxim Martsinkevich.

• "Russian March" traditionally takes place every year in Moscow. In 2020, the action was not agreed in connection with coronavirus restrictions. In total, about 60 people were detained on that day, who were going to come to the rally, as well as to lay flowers at the FSIN reception room in memory of Maxim Martsinkevich.

• The death of Martsinkevich in the investigative isolator became known on September 17. According to FSIN, he committed suicide. His relatives and associates are sure that he was killed or brought to suicide torture in order to obtain confessions from him in involvement in the murders on national grounds.
