The thaw ended in St. Petersburg

Cooling begins in St. Petersburg. This was announced on his Facebook page by the weather forecaster of the Fobos Center Mikhail Leus.

According to Leus, the thaw in the city comes to an end due to a cyclonic vortex approaching from the south. The cooling begins on January 28th. In the coming days in St. Petersburg it will be cloudy, small precipitation in the form of snow and wet snow will pass, ice is possible in some places.

On January 28, the temperature still remains above zero and can reach +2 degrees. But already on January 29, it will fall below zero and may drop to −2 degrees, and on January 30 - to −3.

According to the Hydrometeorological Center, on Sunday, January 31, the daily temperature will be −3 degrees. In the following days, it will decline further - on Wednesday, February 3, a daily temperature of −7 degrees is expected.
