SK started a fraud case against the sponsor of the FBK

In relation to the head of the Stroy Engineering LLC and VIP Service LLC Alexander Khomenko, who assisted the Corruption Fund (FBK), a criminal case of fraud on a particularly large scale was opened (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code). This was reported on the website of the Investigative Committee.

According to the agency, from 2017 to 2019 between legal entities led by Khomenko, and the Sergiev Posad socio-economic technical school concluded 10 state contracts for the overhaul of the technical school building.

The UK claims that the head of the system of engineering, together with other persons, misled the officials of the Ministry of Education of the Moscow Region, entering the documents of knowingly false information about the cost of the work performed. According to the UK, now Khomenko is located in Ukraine, the department said that he was put on the wanted list.
