Chronicle January 29: the main thing

In Moscow, in a criminal case under an article on violation of sanitary and epidemiological standards:

• searched at least 19 addresses
• As suspects, Pussy Riot activist Maria Alyokhina, FBK lawyer Lyubov Sobol, head of Navalny’s Moscow headquarters Oleg Stepanov, head of the Alliance of Doctors Anastasia Vasilyeva and Alexei Navalny’s brother Oleg Navalny were placed under house arrest
• detained and interrogated FBK activist Anna Vellikok and activist Aleksey Sokirko (attorney from OVD-Info Sergey Telnov worked)

Under the administrative article, municipal deputy Konstantin Jankauskas was arrested for 10 days (he is defended by lawyers from OVD-Info Yuliya Sycheva and Ilya Utkin), a lawyer was allowed to see him only after the publication of OVD-Info.

In Yekaterinburg, an activist of Navalny's headquarters, Victoria Reich, was kidnapped and arrested for 10 days, she is also charged with disobedience to a police officer during her arrest. Victoria was hit on the face of the side window of the car, the police refused to call a doctor.

In Tambov, a volunteer from Navalny's headquarters was beaten and kidnapped.

In Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterina Gritsaenko's house was searched - she is being held as a witness in a criminal case involving the participation of a minor in an action (151.2 of the Criminal Code). She was also sentenced to 10 days of arrest under an administrative article.

In Barnaul, the Investigative Committee interrogated a minor.

In Nizhny Novgorod, Kurgan, Chelyabinsk and Stavropol, Navalny's staff members were arrested for 5 to 10 days. An employee from Volgograd was again detained immediately after serving his arrest for 7 days.

in Kazan Activist Azat Shaekhov, arrested for 10 days, went on a dry hunger strike . Previously, he was beaten, kidnapped, strangled in a car and demanded to answer the questions “Will you still go out for a walk? Will you still call your friends?”, and they were allowed to contact the lawyer only a day later.

In Sochi, 70-year-old pensioner Konstantin Gudimov went on a hunger strike: he was arrested for participating in a rally on January 23, although in fact he held solo pickets.

There is good news in Ivanovo : the case of the ex-coordinator of Navalny's headquarters, Nikolai Dyachkov, was reclassified from an arrest article to a non-arrest one.
