The Izmailovsky District Court of Moscow arrested the municipal deputy of the Krasnoselsky District, Ilya Yashin, under an administrative article on disobedience to the lawful demand of a police officer. He himself wrote about this on Facebook.
Yashin was detained on January 31 together with the director of Open Russia Andrei Pivovarov. They were driving a car, and they were accused of disobeying a traffic police officer for refusing to get out of it - Yashin himself claims that they got out of the car. Pivovarov was arrested for 29 days.
In addition, Yashin was fined 20 thousand rubles under the article on participation in an unauthorized action. According to the politician, the case file states that he “led a column of 500 people and chanted “Freedom to Navalny!”, And the evidence was photos and videos in which he is not.
In general, I was initially charged with an article for participation in the action, which does not involve arrest - only a fine. When this turned out, the authorities ran. The good-natured major, who drew up my protocol, honestly admitted: “Sorry, the command is to close you, now they are coming up with something ...” As a result, they came up with Article 19.3 - disobedience to the police.
