The justice of the Central District of St. Petersburg registered about 40 materials regarding the participants of the inconsistent protest on January 23, but returned them after studying, Interfax reports with reference to the United press service of the city courts.
According to Fontanka , protocols for violation of self -isolation (part 2 of Article 8.6.1 of the Law of St. Petersburg on administrative offenses) "threw" the city committee on legality. An appeal in the committee was explained by the need for a “comprehensive, complete and objective resolution of cases, taking into account circumstances, the complexity of consideration and the identity of the offenders, as well as in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 48 of the Law.”
According to the press service, the protocols indicate that on January 23, the offenders "voluntarily attended the mass event on Nevsky Prospekt and took part in the mass simultaneous stay of citizens in a public place in the form of a gathering", the purpose of which was "expression on Alexei Navalny."
According to the materials, about 60 people took part in the event.
The court studied all the materials presented and returned them to the authors of the protocols, the press service of the courts reports.
On January 23, more than 300 were detained in St. Petersburg, and according to the OVD -Info data - more than 500 people.
