
The Moscow Basmanny Court chose a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions to the FBK employee (the Fund for Combating Corruption, recognized as a foreign agent) Nikolai Lyaskin, detained in a criminal case of violation of sanitary and epidemiological rules during an unanctional campaign on January 23 in the capital, Interfax reports.
"In satisfaction of the investigator’s petition to choose a preventive measure in the form of house arrest in relation to Lyaskin, it was refused. Lyaskin was elected a preventive measure in the form of a ban on certain actions until March 23, 2021," the press service of the court told the agency.
According to the court decision, he is forbidden to be outside the dwelling, with the exception of a daily walk in the period from 16 to 18 hours, as well as communicate with other participants in this criminal case and use the Internet.
Lyaskin was detained on January 30 after leaving the special receiver, where he was serving administrative arrest.
