A rally “against detentions and repressions” was agreed upon in Kazan. Participants were required to keep a distance of one and a half meters from each other.

The authorities of Kazan agreed on an opposition rally "against detentions and repressions and changes in the electoral legislation to the State Duma." This was reported in the local branch of the Yabloko party.

The action will be held on February 14 at the Millennium Square in the center of Kazan.

The city administration required the participants to comply with sanitary requirements, in particular, to be at least one and a half meters apart from each other. The declared number of the action is 200 people.

• In Kazan, as in many other Russian cities, protests took place on January 23 and 31 in support of the politician Alexei Navalny. These actions were inconsistent - 171 and 126 people were detained in the city, respectively.
